Mid-Century Modern Custom Home in Greenwood Hills, Greenwood Village
I was invited to do a photo refresh of this rambling custom mid-century modern ranch home in Greenwood Hills. After about a week on the market, the agent felt that this home was not getting the attention that it deserved, and asked to me to shoot replacement photos of several rooms and outdoor spaces - so while this was not a full shoot, I did get to shoot the best parts of the home. To date, it is the most expensive home I have ever shot, selling for $3.075M in March of 2023 after 21 days on the market (with my replacement photos added about halfway through that listing period), 2.5% over the asking price.
